When it comes to hotly anticipated YA releases, science fiction and fantasy generally overshadow other genres on YA book blogs. Looking at this week’s releases however, it’s evident that contemporary fiction too is thriving. While I hadn’t heard of most of these contemporary YA books before, I’ve picked out a couple that might interest me.

So many great books coming out in March! Beyond the Red is fabulous, and Siren’s Song has the best cover ever. The Awakening of the Sunshine Girl sounds so eerie I’ll definitely have to check it out! Thank you for the round-up, Josephine :)
