Originally published in Australia last lear June, Wildlife hit the international arena this year — April in Germany and the past week in the USA. The German title, Wilder Sommer doesn’t deviate too much from the English titles. Translated it means “wild summer” which is pretty clear, in my opinion.
Book Cover Culture #5: The Archived
I’m constantly surprised when I come across translated books with covers that are so vastly different from one another, you’d hardly think they’re of the same book. It particularly baffles me when the covers imply very different genres. That’s what happened with The Archived by Victoria Schwab.

That TBR list is supposed to help us keep track of books we definitely want to read, so that we don’t lose track. Book Cover Culture #4: Every Day
It’s about time I took a look at a book I’ve already read. As I scanned through my recent books on Goodreads, Every Day by David Levithan caught my eye. For one, David Levithan’s books have been translated into many languages and for another, I liked Every Day a lot. The prose was wonderful and the concepts were extremely thought-provoking.
