Does Pre-Publication Hype Cause Weariness?

April 29, 2015

Bookstack with pre-publication hypeHype has a way of attracting yet repelling readers. If a lot of hype surrounds a book, it’s only natural to be curious and to want to be part of it. How Many Pages Are in an Audiobook?!

April 25, 2015

Years ago I used to simply bookmark the URLs and visit all the blogs one by one. With the burgeoning blogs I read though, that’s a very time-consuming undertaking, so I very much prefer to read via RSS feed readers.

Reading on the Go

February 7, 2015

Open book on lap for reading on the goOne habit that I picked up when I was still in third grade was to carry a book with me wherever I went. Even when my mother scolded that my bags were too heavy, I was undeterred. Case in point, I still carry a book with me no matter where I go.
