Comfort is reading in bed with a constant supply of tea. I love curling up after a long day at work, shutting out the world to read. If my eyes are too weary, I plug in audiobooks. On the rare weekend that I’m not occupied with my sporting pursuits or any other obligations (ie. overtime work or tutoring), I love immersing myself in fictional worlds without interruption. That’s what comfort is to me: downtime spent reading.

This certainly sounds like comfort to me, since I generally feel the same way! I love being curled up with a book and a warm drink, particularly after a long week at work.

Oh, what a beautiful photo! To me, I think comfort is a fuzzy sweater, a fireplace, and an endless cup of tea. I’m pining for winter in the middle of spring – I think that should tell you how much I wish it would snow, so I can barricade myself inside with a good book. ;)

Comfort for me is food. Especially chocolate. Other than reading, I find so much peace in eating I don’t even know why.
