It’s amazing how much perspectives can shift upon a re-read. When I first picked up The Raven Boys nearly two years ago, I listened to the audiobook. There were so many things I newly discovered, I grew to love it a whole lot more.
Hot off the Press – November 21, 2016
This week is a little unusual. There were no paperback or re-releases that I could find. That leaves us with ten newly published books. Among those Scythe caught my attention for its intriguing premise. With no more disease left in their world, the only way to die is at the hands of a scythe. Even though I expect it to be fascinating, I’ve not decided yet if I’ll read it. I’ll probably look through more reviews to ascertain the levels of gore first.
