I have no idea what Nimona is about. The sole reason I picked it up at the library is that one of the Popsugar Reading Challenge prompts is “A graphic novel” and Nimona is one. Of course, I didn’t pick it all that randomly. I’ve seen a whole lot of people I follow on Instagram and Twitter gush about it. Is Bookstagram Losing its Shine? — Overcoming Bookstagram Problems

Zinio: Borrow or Subscribe to Digital Magazines
Earlier this week I discovered that amongst its e-resources, my library also offers digital magazines via Zinio. I knew all along about ebook loans via Overdrive and access to journals via JSTOR etc but somehow Zinio passed me by. Pick a magazine and read it instantly.
Photography: Changing Hues
When it comes to post-processing photos, I usually try to fix colours such that they’re most true to life. Once in a while though, I find myself playing around with hues; such as the book cover of Vicious compelled me to do. By changing hues, I could render a myriad of alternative versions, which was loads of fun. Occasionally, being able to manipulate those colours can help make a photo stand out more.
