I could delete the rest from my phone but once in a while it’s good to have them. In any case, I thought I’d introduce the photography apps I use.

Bright colourful booksEvery now and then I receive comments on Instagram about how someone loves the brightness of my photos. Some even ask me what filters I use to achieve that kind of brightness. I rarely ever use filters. If I do, it’s to achieve a particular mood but that doesn’t really apply to book photography.

White background on deskWhen it comes to book photography, nothing is simpler than grabbing a book, placing it on a white desk and snapping away. Or is it? Truthfully, you don’t need a white desk, cool as it might look. While the above photo depicts a section of my desk, I hardly take any of my book photos on my desk.
