During the dark December days it’s difficult to make use of daylight for book photography. Taking photos by the window is much easier in summer. In winter or during monsoon seasons, it can be fairly dark, even by the windows. I try to combat that by taking photos outdoors but that doesn’t work in torrents of rain. This means I have to make do with window light.

It would’ve been nice to travel more but I had seen and done enough to feel like I was ready to get back. While I didn’t miss the heat, I did miss sleeping in my own bed. The time spent travelling offered much respite and solitude, so I returned home refreshed and with more positivity.
Grief over Managing Ebooks with Adobe Digital Editions
Digital Rights Management (DRM) is a very sticky issue when it comes to ebooks. You can’t get around it. Even if you break the DRM of an ebook, you still must deal with it.
