It’s been a while since I last took part in a read-a-thon, so I decided to sign up for Bout of Books 18. This round will be from Jan 2 to 8, 2017. Great way to start the new year. Well, in theory, seeing how I’m not the greatest at read-a-thons. Hah.

Back in January I took part in Bout of Books for the very first time. While the outcome of that read-a-thon wasn’t all too stellar for me, I’ve since picked up my reading groove and am looking for a little bit of extra motivation. With that, I’m in again this round.

Book spine poetry is always so much fun to do. Naturally, I was stoked that it’s been included as a challenge again this year. After participating in last year’s Love-A-Thon and coming across some amazing people, I knew I had to take part again this year. In fact, I was the first person to sign up this year. Yep, I wear that as a badge of pride. Hah.

While this is my first time participating in Book of Books, it’s already into its 15th installation! To keep track of my progress and some of the challenges, I will be updating this space, so keep coming back for more ;)
